Next, telephone us 925-594-1093 to set up a preferred date and time for your service call.

Our dispatcher will determine "the best reliable geek for the job" and confirm the date and time with you.

A Geek will arrive in plain clothes looking normal just to blend in. Your Geek will ask you to sign a hard copy of the Release Form (download an adobe PDF version here) this is how we make sure we're all in agreement on pricing, and also gives us the necessary permission to perform work on your system.

Your Geek then goes to work solving your problem or assisting you in whatever way you require. When he is completed, your GEEK will present you with an invoice detailing the time and charges. Payment is due and payable directly to your Geek at that time.

Your personal or business check made out to "Payless Networks" is welcome as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 
How Soon Can A Geek Come Over To Help You?
Reliable Geeks have many geeks available for appointments at a convenient time seven days a week between the hours of 9:00am and 9:00pm. Please note  calls can run later than 9:00pm as needed but generally they won't start any later than 9:00 except by special arrangement.

Our staff of dispatchers are available to take your calls and make appointments weekdays from 9:00am to 7:00pm, Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sundays from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. We're also meticulous about checking voicemail during off hours, so don't be shy about leaving a message if you get a recording of some geek when you call!

Rapid Response: When you contact our dispatchers via telephone and ask for a geek to come onsite, we can typically have one of our geeks out to your location within 24 hours, and often the same day you call!
